Raw cookies – without sugar or wheat! Flax balls – for all blood types

Flax Seed Balls

 

 

Recipe as given:

 

12 balls:

¾ cup ground flaxseed

2 Tbs oat flour

1 tsp ground cloves or cinnamon or ½ tsp nutmeg (or any comb)

 

Add:

2 Tbs. peanut butter or other nut butter

¼ cup rice syrup

 

Kneed with hands until completely mixed.  Tear off pieces of the dough and roll into balls.  Leave plain or dust with cocoa powder

 

 

My Recipe:

 

1 package of flax meal (about 4 cups)

10 TBS of flour

5 TBS of cinnamon

1 cup (jar or plastic container from store) of honey (as little as possible)

1 small jar (10oz) of macadamia or almond butter

sometimes I enjoy bits of nuts or sunflower seeds for texture.

 

Mix in food processor and then mix by hand.

 

Roll into balls, dust in cinnamon, cocao and ground almonds
