Why do I need to drink all that water?

My oldest son is graduating from college in Prescott, AZ.  So I just drove out to help him move.   I stopped and got some groceries and the gal gave me a sample of the turkey breast on sale which was cajun spiced.  I remarked to my son that is was SO spicy I couldn’t even believe it!

Ben told me that I was dehydrated.  He had learned that spicy food becomes extra spicy and even burns him.  (I had a client with blood blisters when eating spicy foods)

My next thought was, “How could I be dehydrated if I don’t even feel thirsty?”  Then I realized.  My warning mechanism were shut off and probably due to the dehydration itself.  If you can imagine that dehydration causes constipation because the colon lining can’t work without lubrication and the extraction process becomes clogged.  It is a mess.

Then I remembered the night before when I couldn’t think and I couldn’t sleep.  I just sat and did something mindless on the computer knowing I should be in bed.  That is when I realized I had shut down.  I also remembered that the day prior when I was cleaning, sorting and packing, I didn’t feel sensitive enough to do my work.   Good thing I took the day off!

Every time a client comes in for stabilization, it is very rare that they aren’t dehydrated.  Let’s assume that this is you.  The cells don’t have quite enough water to run the factory.  The cells have to begin doing work arounds, not feeling full steam ahead, and can’t get certain things done.

Toxins and fat.  If your body has toxins and the water gets low, it can’t flush them out the way it is designed to.  It would be considered a drought within your body.  The toxins would need to be stored locally until it could be moved.  There is no moving in a drought so the body wraps up the excesses and puts its it away.  What does it wrap it up with?  It makes fat.   The key to removing the toxins and thus the fat is to give your body enough flow on a consistent basis so the factory can come up to speed and start generating what you need.  Energy, cleanliness, ease, concentration, confidence.    Water alone isn’t going to solve all of the problems.  It is simply one of the cleaning products that is essential for every function of the body.  If your signals are turned off, if you are constipated, if you are gaining weight, ask yourself, do I drink enough water?

I love teaching about the body.  I love these little discoveries like spicy foods showing us we are dehydrated.  I have accumulated everything into a weekly lesson list.  The one that relates to this type of thing is called “Physical Stability”.  When you take this class, I walk you though all of the basics.  I muscle test your body for the amount of water  you should be drinking when we do that chapter.  I believe in interactive and experiential education!  So I put my “book” on the internet.   Then I ask for an appropriate fee for the guidance.

You can imagine that we can teach you about water all day long.  In my area, Orange Co., they are adding recycled sewer water back into the water system.  When you look at the lessons from the Messages in Water, we see that we must actually change the frequency of the water before we use it.   How about that sewer water and the pharmaceuticals that they are finding in it.  Maybe we do all need to be on Valium.  Kidding.

Remember.  Drinking water is like working out.  You might be a bit sore the first day you work out hard, but staying with it will really improve everything!  As you get stronger, you can naturally do more.  You don’t need to stretch it, but my attitude is, drink my water daily and drink a bit more if you can.  The body will begin to get even more articulate as it is restored.

Life is not what it seems, nor is it otherwise

When I was in the Buddhist Monastery studying Shiatsu, I befriended a chung fu master who was my age.  He would sparkle this phrase at me with all the teachings attached and let me know that my mind was too strong in this very Zen way of doing things.  I was privie to this very special instruction and I got it.  It helps to be a cute girl.

Essentially he was telling me that if I created a strong attitude with my mind, then that is what I will have.  If I relax and let my nervous system clear, then I will see more.  Now I totally understand how the tension of how I hold my thoughts creates the level of reality that I can open to.   It is much like an elevator.  If I can get to the next level, I will be more aware of the things that are happening.

I think that video games are teaching this to kids in a very cool way.  You have to master a level by being aware of the obstacles and overcoming them.  The next level opens once you complete the old one and is more sophisticated but it builds on the last one’s skills as well.  It is basically the same platform all the way through although the qualities of what you can do change.  Video games are a great analogy for consciousness raising.  It gets harder, you are more competent for doing the work and you have to do the work to make any of it happen.

This lesson doesn’t have a console so some people don’t know they are playing!  What if all of your responses around you are in a quantum field and they all play back responses to how you create in  your consciousness.  Imagine what we can find once our minds relax?  For me, it wasn’t enough to just get there, I wanted to help others achieve it!  So here I am, a practitioner who uses tuning the body with nutrition, to get to a higher level of consciousness.  Then as the mind and emotions open, we have higher energy to release the very deep stuck reactions that have magnetic resonance in the DNA.  Is there any other way to really heal?  Shouldn’t healing be able to happen at the cause through commitment, diet, clearing the issues?

I have made this blog-post so I can start explaining to you that we are so much more supple and magical than our droning lives will afford to allow us if we do nothing.  In other words, make magic in your life and you will begin to see some of the very cool stuff be revealed. Raise your frequency and you will have more options.  Use the Light and doorways appear that weren’t there a minute ago.  It is transformational.  However, that is not that easy to talk about with people who haven’t achieved a high enough vibration.  Therefore, we resort to opening the mind by catching its attention to the anomalies, by making the body feel better when their owner didn’t know how to do it, etc.

To me, nature was my first provider of  this high energy magic.   My grandma took me on nature walks and showed me the strength and straightness of the Tulip tree.  The mushrooms, the way the salamanders turned colors and the vitality of the chipmonks gathering acorns, etc.  Nature has a majesty about it and if you are in a place of high energy like deep inside the forest, my energy would rise as well.  Nature teaches.

So I make high energy in my body.  I drink fresh vegetable juices, cleanse, fast, take supplements and herbs AS MY BODY WANTS THEM.   I respect what I need by tuning into myself and seeing how it all works within my body.  I relate my fears to the growth of candida, or my wanting to avoid feelings to deeper ones that haven’t been healed and were hidden from others.  All of it comes out.  All of the horrible, unkept, judged mess gets dealt with in loving.  That is what makes me strong.  When I find more new level of what doesn’t work it feels very awful.   I don’t react.  I stay in the loving.  In order to create intelligence, I organically approach it with my built strength by not reacting with anger, fear, doubt and gently untangle it and resolve

Life is not what it seems.  The most unusual things can happen. In this blog we find unusual and magical interactions like predators and prey being friends, dolphin and kitten playing.  There is a quality of going inside to the higher vibration that allows you to “get it”.  Without that translation, into the magic of higher vibration, nothing of that frequency can be observed because you will just not be aware of it!   This lack of awareness doesn’t mean that it isn’t happening.

It takes work, discipline, maintenance to keep the frequency high.  Can you do it?  If so, let’s talk about it, be friends, create peace together!!!

Salt of the earth is not common table salt

Common table salt is toxic and dangerous to your health and often leads to high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke and kidney failure.

Common table salt is not healthy salt.  Besides being bleached and having chemicals added, common table salt has been heated between 1,100 degrees and 1,300 degrees Fahrenheit in the drying process.

The body was designed to use both the sodium and chloride fractions of the salt compound but needs to break them apart and use them in differing places in the body. When the salt is heated at such high temperatures the bond is melted or welded together and the body is unable to separate them. Consequently, the salt is stored in various organs, tissues or arteries in the body and becomes a significant problem.

Don’t blame the salt to be a problem when in truth it is the processing techniques that are the problem. The key is to consume only air-dried salt.

Mimic Defense

I love this blog because I can express myself about what I am learning in my practice.  When we are assisting our clients to seeing their patterns, that is, when they WANT to see their patterns of behavior, we often give them a custom remedy. A remedy is a bill of lading that say what it is, where it is and how to use it.

Today, someone was clearing a very deep defense of being frightened.  She knew that if she didn’t react to the rattling anxiety that she would gain dominion over herself.  However, we had to show her a spectrum of behaviors including the safe alternative and how that would work.

The behavior I needed to describe on a body level was . . .  “hiding”.  It was my job to find something that would show her consciousness HOW she would hide.  I went looking like I was shopping in a store.  Minerals, flowers, animals. . . bingo.

At first, I would have guessed a chameleon, but actually it was more like a shape-shifter so I remembered a video that I saw of a mimic octopus that actually can change into 15 different very distinct ocean creatures that others fear.  That was more accurate in the description of how this gal was hiding from others, looking formidable.  Believe me, it takes a lot of courage to let others see this deep of a pattern of defense.  She has to really trust the Light to let herself and others see it.

Who is Laura Roeder? My Hero!

Who is Laura Roeder?  She is one of the most influential people of my year so far.

I love Laura Roeder’s energy I think you will too.

She is bouncy, simple, and cool with a straightforward integrity.

She does her homework and she gives the information in a clear way to understand while not making less of me or my skill level, ever.  The information is great and easy to digest.

Over the year, I became a fan.  I first contacted her when my CRM (Infusionsoft) has a wild promotion called “Pitch the Switch”.  She was a lead contender to win the $10,000 prize.  I could have posted a video and competed as well.  But she did!  (belief – I wasn’t funny enough, nor did I have the time, nor would it help my business, etc.)  She got far into the competition until some professional video maker and promoter came in with big guns.  Too bad for #2.

I continue to go to every presentation, I tape them and I do them.  I have a beautiful facebook page, blog, etc.  I have asked her to present at InfusionCon next year.  I hope she has the time and energy.

Here is what I did. I sent in a photo that I took in the parking lot of Costco.  She goes by her initials in Twitter so I recognized them quickly.  She posted it in the Dash!   That is her very informative weekly newsletter that I actually read.  She . . . is a great working “model” for  me and my business.  I do have a playful way of saying Thank You to those who do so much for me.

Wild Animals, Taming Instincts, and Initiations, and Not Using Fear

In this video, we show a brave woman demonstrating her ability to tune into the wild cheetahs. She seems to know what to do.  If we embrace this video, we can begin to understand that she is coming from a high vibration.  One that is above the instincts of the cats.

Fear is something that we add.  We don’t have to.  However, we have to learn this.  It has been taught culturally, through our own long term mishandling situations by reacting to them.  We can change that with enough strength and insight.

What can we do to manage our reactions?  How can we practice and become strong so that we can get the best from our lives?   Many of our situations are instinctual like these Cheetahs.  This brave woman knows how to handle instincts and is strong enough to not use fear or anger, yet the cheetahs are very real.

Practice on the situations that are around us that some how trigger us and might make us afraid.  You know the ones. They seem too big, too frightening and we seem too small and “not enough”.    Don’t withdraw into yourself on any level.  Stay in your skin and connected to the situation.  Another way of saying “be present” is to imagine that you are a cell in a cluster of cells and your job is to communicate with everything on all sides of you.  Get yourself back out to that cell wall.

This is the type of thing that creates illness within our bodies.  If we withdraw, we are no longer in communication with our life source and we get squirrely, go into areas that aren’t good for ourselves or others.  This woman demonstrates cooperation with herself, nature and the wild cheetahs.  She respects it all and she stays engaged.  Check inside quickly and ask your unconscious if you could hold that steady?  If not, you are probably creating a problem for yourself and others.

In “sitting with” this video and seeing it over several days with time to contemplate, I have decided that it has something to do with her ability to stay in a high place and thus come from calm within herself.  Since we are all one, ie a collective mind, she can calm herself and thus calm the animals.

I have read about accounts like this but is sure is nice to see it on film.

One of my favorite examples of living with wild animals is Anastasia of Russia, (email me and I will find you the reference) who clearly lived in the wild herself but in COOPERATION with the animals.  I wondered what she would do when their instincts got unruly.  In the first book, she has a she-wolf who got a bit edgy, she put her hand on the wolf’s head and it blacked out.  I don’t know how Anastasia did that, but I am paying attention!  I am looking for an answer of how to hold myself in order to have more peace and trying to bring in this level of cooperation and peace within me and to all.

A friend suggested that it might have to do with initiation into the Light.  She read a book called Initiation where the woman had the ability to relate to her wild lions.  When she met a man that she wanted to mate with, she lowered her vibration (to his?  To accommodate others?)  The result was that the lions didn’t recognize her frequency and malled her.  Ops.

Perhaps the lessons/reminders are fruitful here.

  1. You can activate your initiation energy (that which you have accomplished in the Light) to calm the forces around you.
  2. That our situations are very manageable if we get back into our “command centers” and extend out to our cell walls.
  3. That we do have a collective mind and can calm down all of the instinctual rogue agents even if they are people, etc.
  4. I am going to try not to lower my frequency to accommodate others so I don’t endanger myself and confuse my own frequencies.

We got these last year and put the aviary together.  They worked at having babies all spring.  Finally, we heard them beeping in their nest.  Today, they emerged for the first time!

Do you care enough to restore yourself?

My clients who restore themselves all have some basic similarities as this video.

  1. They all have a basic premise of deserving the goodness.  (at a deep level this is not that easy!  Lip  service is easy, that is the mind.  But deeply? That is different.)
  2. They keep after what they want and ask for it.  (I don’t have to follow up.  They do.)
  3. They are organized, work at it, and they listen and learn.  (They listen to recordings and apply them, work them and they learn.)
  4. They are dedicated to their own clean up and don’t think it will happen fast.  (see the video in this post!)

What if. . . your body was a temple?  What if your temple holds the potential to be peaceful, clean, cooperative, and shiny.  What if your temple isn’t that right now?    How would you even know?  By being able to hit the mark with what you want to do on a consistent basis.   Time to take responsibility.   We might need some good old fashioned elbow grease because the physical body got trashed.  What happened?  Most likely, something got overwhelming and we stopped processing.

Want to be shiny?  Got clean-up?

Here are some tips that will help us all get to what we want:

  1. Hold the vision for what you want.  Pay attention to all the contradictory voices both inside and out!
  2. Get your body started in a new direction.  Make a commitment.
  3. Caring, dedication, and lots of elbow grease are needed for the clean up.
  4. Monitor your commitment, intention and caring with awareness and consistency.

Contradictory feelings, thoughts, doubts, etc?  Hearing it all like little voices both inside your head and out in your life?  How the heck are you going to monitor your commitment when there are so many divergent energies pulling you in every direction?

  1. Give yourself no other option.
  2. Make sure it is really what you want.
  3. Stomp your feet like a judge’s gavel to get your own attention and say “This is what I want and I am going to do it.”
  4. If I don’t believe yourself,  check to make sure that your intention is aligned then  stomp some more until it lines up.
  5. Be your own inner leader!

Can you do it easily?  That will depend on what has happened so far.  How sick are you?  If you are getting pneumonia, how much residual debris from past diseases, flu, yeast, and bacteria is built up inside without being released?  ?  Lessening them, cleaning them up will stop the flare ups which is only the tip of the iceberg.  Get it ALL out and the body will be able to be quite healthy and your mind and emotions will be quite accurate and true.

Get dedicated.  It is possible to let the trash go.  It is a PROCESS and there is no easy way to do it.  It requires elbow grease.  (see the movie)

What is that George Harrison song at the end of Conference?

Yesterday, I attended the annual conference of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness.  The reason I moved to CA was so I wouldn’t miss it!   There were over 900 ministers of Light, Love and Sound there.  Being a minister means committing to ministering to ourselves and others in holding the Light.  It is always amazing to attend.

At the very end, as the last announcements were given and we got up to leave our seats, my husband says to me, “Here comes George Harrison”.  I realized that he was waiting for something that he has memorized and looked forward to.  On cue, they played the song.

This year, I explored this overlooked detail.  It began to get my curiosity so I searched for it on YouTube.   It took me a while to find it and identify it.  Apparently, as long as Richard can remember (and he has been in the Movement since 1971), they have always played this song at the very end of conference.
